What about all blocks that can contain blocks, signs (You can write on), mob animation, gravity blocks, command block text, commands, minecraft time, weather, particles, sounds, entitys below bedrock, stuff like arrows and enderperls states, books combinations, blocks animation, settings, items on the floor, minecarts, redstone etc. :)

Small early mistakes cause huge errors. One of your factors is 2x too big. There are not 360 degrees of up and down head movement. There are 180 from straight down to straight up for each of your 360 latitude. You can't look down behind you. You turn around first and then look down...hold up. Nevermind that. Huge flawed premise: If you have values for every possible world state, you don't then add seeds. Your "every possible state" set will include every seed ever. Like the Library of Babel. You don't multiply that whole library by the number of languages that can use roman characters. You already have all those works in there somewhere.

Keep in mind he didn't add shulker boxes. Or shulker boxes in chests. Or mobs with potion effects. Or item frames and their rotations and possible item holders. Or paintings. Or where bats could be flying. Or baby mobs. Or endermen holding blocks. Or charged creepers. Or mobs holding items or wearing armor. Or enchanted items. There are even more things he probably didn't account for. And the number is still massive. The question is... If we added all those possibilities to the equation and removed any of the impossible things (like a world of nothing but torches), would it even make a dent in that already huge number? I really want to find out but I doubt I could.
